Push-to-Connect Couplings

  • Series Push-to-Connect · HP Series
Push-to-Connect HP Series
Push-to-Connect Couplings HP Series
Description
The double-acting sliding sleeve is fixed in the locked position by means of a pre-stressed spring. For the purpose of uncoupling it is able to slide in both axial directions. The two halves of the plug-type coupling are locked together securely by means of precision snap-in balls.

The sliding sleeve can be installed in a bulkhead with retaining rings. In this way, the carrier fulfils the function of a breakaway coupling. Should a probe be torn away from a carrier installed in this way, the system is decoupled and the valves close automatically, thus preventing damage to the hose and possible loss of oil.

In addition to the standard HP10 (size 12, 5) male tip we offer the HU12 (size 12, 5) male tip what can be connected under pressure with the standard female side HP10 (size 12, 5). Dimensions acc. to ISO 7241-1 A and ISO 5675 (for selected sizes).

Multi Couplings

  • Series Multi · MK Series
Multi Couplings
Multi Couplings MK Series
Description
The multi-coupling has been created for connecting and disconnecting several hydraulic lines at the same time. This is done by an operating lever the guide crank of which is designed for a minimum of operating force.

The connection of the hydraulic lines is done with flat face couplings. Due to the secial sealing it is possible to couple against trapped pressure on the male halves (max. 4x100 bar 5802 PSI)

The main features of the multi coupling are:

Safety against commutability of hydraulic lines
Quick connecting
Coupling against trapped pressure
Optimally minimized leakage during coupling process

Screw-to-Connect Couplings

  • Series Screw-to-Connect · HS Series
Screw-to-Connect Couplings
Screw-to-Connect Couplings HS Series
Description
Screw-type couplings of the HS series are coupled by simply screwing the carrier and probe halves together until the thread contacts the limit stop. The coupling is designed to open both valves en bloc in this position. For this reason, and due to their rugged design, they are particularly well suited for heavy-duty service conditions in construction machinery. The range of operating pressures of this series is higher than that of the VOSWINKEL HP series.

Screw-type couplings of the HS series can be coupled on both sides under pressure of up to 50 725 PSI bar. The self-locking connection thread prevents any disengagement of the screw connection caused by vibrations. The screw sleeve of the probe, when correctly locked, must cover the black brake ring of the carrier.

Plastic Couplings

  • Series Plastic Couplings · KN Series
Plastic Couplings
Plastic Couplings KN Series
Description
Couplings of the KN series are designed for use in maintenance systems for industrial batteries. They are used for filling and ventilating of battery cells.

The couplings are made from high-quality synthetic materials with high thermal endurance and dimensional stability. Therefore, they are also suitable for use in medical applications, e. g. in dialysis devices.

The spring-loaded sliding sleeve slides in axial direction for coupling or uncoupling. Locking of the two halves of the coupling is achieved by means of precision snap-in balls.

The design of the coupling allows the use of probes with as well as without valves in carriers with valves.

Working Pressure
20 bar 2 MPa 290 PSI

The indicated pressure ratings only apply to the
coupling itself and depend on the connection type.

Material
Plastic

Standard Seal Material(s)
NBR (Buna-N), FKM (Viton)

Alternative seal materials are available on request.
