It is suitable for both clay tiles and metal roofing installation onto concrete, metal or wooden structures. The tape can also be used on glass, polycarbonate, uPVC, epoxy coated surfaces and fibre cement boards.

ALSEAL Door Trim Butyl Sealant is an ever-tack, black colour, butyl sealant with good adhesion to most surfaces. It offer a fast and clean method for the installing the glass with instant adhesion. It is specially formulated for use as a placement sealant tape for installation between the glass and metal, plastic areas of automotive windscreen, tail light and etc. It will remain permanently sealed and waterproof between the glass pinch weld, metal or plastic

ALSEAL Manhole Sealant is an easy to handle butyl rubber sealing tape for non-critical sealing and glazing application in drainage system. It has good weather and ageing resistance and provides economical sealing solution for manholes, drainage piping, sewer holes, etc. Clean surfaces to ensure free form dirt and oil. 2. Peel off the tape from the release paper. 3. Apply onto edge of manhole cover. 4. Close the manhole cover and apply firm even pressure. 5. Store unused roll at cool dry place and avoid unnecessary exposure to dust

ALSEAL Water Tank Sealant is an extruded, ever-tacky, waterproof, high performance butyl sealant. It is non-toxic and safe for use in contact with drinking water. It is specially formulated for permanently sealing flange joints of sectional water tanks. Ensure the target surfaces are clean, dry, dust free and oil free. Peel off the release paper and press the sealant strip onto the surfaces to ensure good contact before fastening it with a bracket to achieve a permanent, water-tight seal.
