ALSEAL Butyl Tape is an extruded, ever-tacky and pressure-sensitive gasket sealant with good adhesion strength. It can form an instant seal against water, air or dust, and remain permanently soft. It is ideal for filling gaps and sealing joints such as those on bolt-on duct flanges and circular ducts in HVAC systems, air-conditioner casings, roofing and cladding systems, and caravan roofs and panels.
ALSEAL Water Tank Sealant is an extruded, ever-tacky, waterproof, high performance butyl sealant. It is non-toxic and safe for use in contact with drinking water. It is specially formulated for permanently sealing flange joints of sectional water tanks. Ensure the target surfaces are clean, dry, dust free and oil free. Peel off the release paper and press the sealant strip onto the surfaces to ensure good contact before fastening it with a bracket to achieve a permanent, water-tight seal.

ALSEAL Manhole Sealant is an easy to handle butyl rubber sealing tape for non-critical sealing and glazing application in drainage system. It has good weather and ageing resistance and provides economical sealing solution for manholes, drainage piping, sewer holes, etc. Clean surfaces to ensure free form dirt and oil. 2. Peel off the tape from the release paper. 3. Apply onto edge of manhole cover. 4. Close the manhole cover and apply firm even pressure. 5. Store unused roll at cool dry place and avoid unnecessary exposure to dust
