The gold content of the gold ornament sold by the company is of international standard . The nets weight of the gold ornaments is up to decimal points accuracy . Due to the sensitivity of the weighing machines , there is a slight variation of +/-0.03 gram tolerance . Original receipts must be produced for any sifter-sales service . Trade-in gold ornament net weight sold by the company for new purchases of jewelry shall be calculated at the prevailing retail rate less 20% or 25% when the trade - in settled in cash . Any gem set jewelry sold by the company is not refundable . When applicable , minute items e.g spring , screw , hooks and other similar items , may be made of gold of other quality and / or other metals for manufacturing purposes . The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions herewith from time without prior notice .
