ElvaX Industrial is a desktop energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) analyzer with large analytical chamber. It allows analyzing objects with dimensions up to 45x45x25 cm. The element range is from Mg (Z=12) to U (Z=92) in a wide range of element concentrations. The accuracy of determining concentrations is better than 0.3% for metal alloys.

The Helium purge system and the automatic primary filter changer are used to allow effective registration of the light elements spectra. The ElvaX Art is a new unit to join the family of portable X-Ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) Spectrometer systems produced by Elvatech Ltd. This mobile, portable system, designed specifically for art analysis, includes a CCD camera and small beam. This makes it possible to accurately measure a small selected section of an immobile artifact, painting, or metal article.

The XRF-2000R software support independent windows for each function. During the measurement process, the camera monitor view enables analysis to be performed qualitatively and process statistically. The system's measurement data can be exported to Microsoft Excel and other programs. By clicking desired location on camera monitor, Point and Shoot function can fit to that location to measure automatically with stage control system. The XRF-2000R can process multiple type of statistics and reports including Xbar-Rs chart, Histogram etc. also support various interface for the resulting values (Excel, HTML and database formats).

Like all Elvatech products, this portable, handheld EDXRF elemental analysis system is designed to be intuitive and user friendly. The system utilizes a 7.2 Vdc Li-ion battery. Under normal use, it has an operating time of 8 hours before charging is required.
