Automatic moving floor

Moving floor or walking floor is designed for difficult non free flowing bulk solids like biomass fuel like mesocarp fibre, shell, EFB fibre and woodchip. The concept is to store the fuel in a open top bunker and with our special equipment powered by hydraulic cylinder A series of parallel pusher frames (ladders) are connected to a series of hydraulic cylinders located at one side of the moving floor. Each ladder performs a reciprocating motion by moving forward and backward by the hydraulic cylinder on the flat bunker floor shearing a layer of material from the bunker into a collection conveyor.

Chain Grate

• Description : Maxtwo chain grate consists of endless articulated grate driven forward by an inverter control motor. Biomass fuel is fed at one end of the grate, the thickness of the feed being regulated by a heavy duty refractory-lined fire door. Air for combustion passes through spaces between the grate links which are arranged to provide adequate passage of air while allowing minimum passage of ridding (fine particles) through the grate. The regulated layer of coal on the grate, as it enters the furnace, is heated by the radiation from the furnace gases and the ignition arch. The fuel bed continues to burn as it moves along towards the rear end and as combustion progresses, the fuel bed becomes correspondingly thinner. At the end of the travel, ash is discharged over the end of the grate into the automated ash removal system.

Reciprocating

• Description : Reciprocating grate is suitable for the entire range of fuels. Because of the closed feed motion of the entire grate bar series, it is insensitive to undesired substances which reach the grate through the fuel feed. The stroke speed can be set independently for each drive cylinder, and the undergrate air can be controlled in sections. The air-cooled reciprocating grate is structured like a staircase from fixed and moving grate bar series. The grate castings are made of proprietary high temperature grade cast iron with chromium as the main alloying element. Fuel feeding rate can be easily controlled using Ram Feeder. Ashes will be removed by the automated ash removal system at the end of the grate.

Ceramic Multi Cyclone Dust Collector

• Description : Ceramic multi cyclone dust collector is the simplest yet efficient mechanical dust removal system. When the flue gas is entering the ceramic cylinder (collecting tube), the ceramic cylinder impart a smooth, fast spiral to the gas, setting up a highly centrifugal action with a minimum of turbulence and erosion. As the gas descends in a cyclonic pattern, the dust is forced by centrifugal action against the wall of the collecting tube and gravitates to the bottom where it is discharged. With the vast experience in manufacturing multi cyclone dust collector, we able to reduce the flue gas particles as low as 300-400mg/m3.

Maxtwo wet scrubber system operates by introducing the flue gas stream with a scrubbing liquid which is water. Scrubbing liquid is sprinkled by specialized nozzle into the chamber. Particulate or gases dissolved in the scrubbing liquid when come into contact. The scrubbing liquid is then directed to a water treatment system before it is recycled back to the system.
