When clamped in place the binding adhesive dries and becomes virtually inconspicious. Completion of the whole process involves the use of high-powered polishing equipment to remove and buff-down the excesses and grind off the bull-nosing for counter tops. Once the process is complete, almost seamless joints can be achieved, invisible to the naked eye. So smooth and clean is the surface, it can be likened to a diamond which emerges form the rough, shedding its unpolished skin to allow its brilliance to shine through.
