This Toshiba / Xaar CA4 on-demand piezo electric inkjet print head is designed for industrial applications with high print quality. Unlike conventional binary print heads, this grayscale print head technology is capable of jetting multiple drops within one dot allowing for an image to have 16 levels of grey, since each dot is created through a minimum of 6 picolitre to a maximum of 90 picolitre of ink.
This CA4 printhead was modified to fit theOc Arizona 300/350 GT/XT printers. This original Toshiba / Xaar printhead corresponds to Oc Arizona 3010108132 head. This printhead is supplied without bracket and the JIG toolPPHDI11519 can be used to easily fit this new printhead on the old Oc bracket.

This Oc Arizona CA3-CA4 Print Head JIG tool is suitable for Oc Arizona 200 GT, 250 GT, 250 GT and 350 XT printers. This tool can be used to fit original Toshiba CA4 and CA3 printheads into the Oc head bracket and save hundreds of EUR. Oc Arizona printheads are standard Toshiba CA3 and CA4 printheads with a bracket. The original Oc printhead is sold together with the bracket but you may prefer to buy the original Toshiba head and fit it in the Oc head bracket. This tool enables you to do that easily and accurately .The same tool can be used over and over again to fit Oc heads into the head brackets. This kit including the JIG tool as well as the glue that can be used to fit the new head and a detailed user guide.

this printhead assy is suitable for the mimaki ujv / jfx / ujf-706 printers. This is the original mimaki part (number m018821replacing m008386 &kx-ce308644cs-ce4). This part does not include the metallic bracket that can be easily re-used from the previous head.
