Rajma Sharmili are dark red kidney beans which are known for their rich red color even after being cooked. Rajma Sharmili is better than the normal rajma and especially soft texture and more delicate flavor. Pulses are low in fat and cholesterol, rich in protein and high in dietary fiber.
Kashmiri rajma is almost as well known as Kashmiri mirch is. These small red kidney beans are delicious and cook fast.
