OFC Optical Closure are designed for easy assembly and re-entry in the external plant installation. The waterproof and rugged construction makes these closures perfect for the extreme plant environment. OFC-DBS closure are equiped with patch panel and allows branching and interconnection to be done in the closure, eliminating the used of distribution unit. OFC-DBS closure are design for FTTH application as overhead or underground distribution points. Special grommet for different drop cables are used for branching drop cables to subscribers premises. The grommet is able to accommodate up to 9 drop cables and are customized to different drop cable specifications. The used ports are sealed by dummy drop cable plugs.
