Increased Pump capacity is the trend in thermal and nuclear power stations because of high initial and maintenance costs. The contrarotating pumping screws integrated into the seal allow for adequate cooling at the operating pressure to overcome head loss in the piping, filter and heat exchanger. Leak-Proof type 800 HB2 is a specially designed seal for feed pumps enabling normal running life of 20-30, 000 hours in continuous operation.

This seal is specially developed for bottom entry agitator seal working in polymer with seal size 7.75". Seal ring is Stationary:- & mating ring is rotating with shaft sleeve. Inboard faces are SiCTC out board are CarbonSiC . Viton O-rings are used as a sealing agent.

Series 95UUCK is factory assembled cartridge units on glass lined vessels. The seals are designed for handling severe services including products emitting toxic vapours during reaction process.
The design incorporates bearing located very close to the seal. This standard feature effectively arrests the shaft whip for smooth and trouble free operation enabling enhanced seal life. The cooling jacket, also a standard feature, helps to maintain cool environment around the seal.
