poly-tex® (safety factor 6:1) and lift-tex® (safety factor 7:1) webbing slings are manufactured from 100% polyester. brand: lift-tex® (safety factor 7) | poly-tex® (safety factor 6) a webbing sling, a seamless double-woven polyester sleeve with excellent abrasion resistance. our webbing slings are colour-coded according to standard to indicate their wll or weight load limit. poly-tex® is available in wll 1t to 60t. lift-tex® is available in wll 1t to 55t. our webbing slings may fabricated up to 30 metres. endless or soft eyes flat woven webbing sling come with choice of 1ply or 2 ply. a pvc label bearing an individual serial number, date of manufacture, length intrinsically, w.l. l. and lifting mode information, also mill certificates are issued with all slings. heavy duty webbing protection sleeves can be either fixed (sewn on), movable or removable.

POLY-TEX® (Safety Factor 6:1) and LIFT-TEX® (Safety Factor 7:1) Round Slings are manufactured from 100% polyester. Brand: LIFT-TEX® (Safety Factor 7) | POLY-TEX® (Safety Factor 6) The core comprises an endless hank of polyester yarn. Round sling outer casing is a seamless Woven polyester sleeve with an excellent abrasion resistance. The outer casing is either printed at intervals with the W.L.L on one side for 10, 000kg above or line striped W.L.L for below 10, 000kg. Our round slings are colour coded for W.L.L. and both are available with capacities from 1, 000 kgs (1ton) to 200, 000 kgs (20tons). Mill certificates are issued with all slings. A PVC label bearing an individual serial number, date of manufacture, circumference, W.L.L and lifting mode information is securely fitted. Both types of round slings are available up to 30 metres in effective length. Heavy duty webbing protection sleeves can be fitted, either on the single or double part.

Testing: Manufacturer will set a maximum load test of 1.5 times of the W.L.L. & charges at customer cost. Brand: POLY-TEX® (Safety Factor 6) Two types of popular lashing are either fitted with yellow zinc ratchet and double J hook (STANDARD) or fitted with ratchet only (ENDLESS). Stainless steel and other fittings option available on request. Our lashing tie down belts are manufactured accordance to AZ/NZS4380 which available with capacities from 1T to 10T where the length from 25mm(1″) to 100mm(4″). Mill certificate is issued per batch.
