We are offering rubber magnet. As a composite material, rubber magnet is made by mixing ferrite powder with rubber and finished through extrusion or rolling. Since the material is flexible, the finished or semi-finished product can be cut, punched, slitted or laminated tailed to specific need. It has good resistance to demagnetization and corrosion. Abundant source makes it cheap in price. There are two major types of rubber magnets, isotropic and anisotropic. Isotropic rubber magnet is weak in magnetic property, mainly used in refrigerator, printing, and promotion, while anisotropic rubber magnet is much stronger, thus extensively applied in micro motor and magnetic toys, etc.

We are offering ferrite magnet. Ferrite magnets are sintered permanent magnets composed of barium or strontium ferrite. This class of magnets, aside from good resistance to demagnetization, has the popular advantage of low cost. Ferrite magnets are very hard and brittle, and require specialized machining techniques. Anisotropic grades are oriented in the manufacturing direction, and must be magnetized in the direction of orientation. Originally referred to as "magnetic insulators, " ferrites were first used as replacements for laminated and slug iron core materials in low loss inductors intended for use above 100 kilohertz (khz). At these frequencies, laminated and slug iron are plagued by excessive eddy current losses whereas the high volume resistivity of ferrite cores limit power loss to a fraction of other core materials.
