Some required maintenance are: i. Visual inspection of the condition of the element(flexible plate) and of bolts and nuts when operation is stopped. ii. Should the element be damaged due to overload or accident, a fall-safe mechanism transmitting rotation via washers kicks in and cuts off operation to minimize damage to surrounding equipment.

All gear spindles with floating shafts leave the company with a balancing accuracy range of grade g16 g40. If high balancing grade is required, please submit your request.
