Satay, modern Indonesian and Malay dish of seasoning, skewered and grilled meat, served with peanut sauce. Satay may consist of sliced chicken, goat, mutton, pork, fish other meats, or tofu for vegetarian. These are grilled or barbecued over a wood or charcoal fire, then served with traditional peanut sauce. Nis Malaysian Satay marinade provide a very easy way to prepare a satay dish, cut meat into slice add sugar and a packet of Nis Satay Seasoning mix well season for 4 hours and is ready to Barbecued or Grill. Nis Malaysian Satay Marinade is the only satay marinade in Malaysia with traditional taste.

Just add 1 package NIS instant curry mix with 100ml water. Heat oil add chopped onion, stir fry until onion light brown, add in NIS curry paste and stir fry for 2 minutes plus add in chicken and fry for 5 minutes add in 500ml water and potatoes cook for 20 minutes until chicken is cook and is ready to serve.

White Peppercorn come from the red and orange berries that are packed in sacks and soaked fro weeks under slowly running water. This process rots the husks of the berries so that it can then be removed by rubbing them between the hands over sieve. White peppercorn are less earthy and not as pungent or rich as the black spice. The flavour of wither pepper is cleaner less rich and not as complex.

Black peppercorn derive from green berries that are dried on mats in the sun and raked several times a day for a week until they are wrinkled and black. Sometimes, the berries are scalded with boiling water before dried.
