The Specific Industrial Process aims to enhance the productivity and quality of manufacturing outputs by allowing auto loading and unloading, computerised material handling and final inspection. Through constant innovation, we are now equipped with an integrated system for the air conditioning heat exchanger consisting of degreasing oven, U-Bend insertion, auto brazer, as well as leak test and dry off processing lines. Some other complete systems include latex dipping line, carpet process line, and car parts assembly line. As for machines, we pride ourselves to be offering a great deal of machines such as dipping machine, industrial cleaning machine, and radiatorheat exchanger washing machine, just to name a few.

One of the utmost important factors affecting the performance of an industrial oven is the precision of its heat load calculation.Our industrial ovens have the capability of heating up to 500 Degree Celsius. They go well with several types of heating mediums such as liquid petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas, electric, hot water, and steam. Available either as a conventional batch oven or a conveyorised oven, each of our industrial ovens is designed to be of high energy efficiency and space-saving. Our industrial ovens are tested on its thermal profile and uniformity of heat distribution before we hand them to our clients.
