Chakki Fresh Atta

GEMINI CHAKKI FRESH ATTA is great for making rotis (Chappati) which puffles well & will remain soft even hours later. You can also make tasty the parathas, soft puris, delicious dhosai and even fresh pattu, from GEMINI CHAKKI FRESH ATTA which is a wholemeal wheat flour. As part of a diet rich in whole grain food, GEMINI CHAKKI FRESH ATTA. CHAPPATHI Mix 2 cups of GEMINI ATTA flour with 1 cup of water. Mix thoroughly till become a thick dough. Take a lemon size of dough and roll it flat round shape. Place it on heated dosai pan, turn it when it puffs up remove and serve. PURI Mix 2 cups of Gemini Atta flour with 1 cup of water make a thick dough (like chappathi dough) take small lemon size of dough and roll into a small circle. Deep fry in oil while frying turn it and when it puffs up remove puri and serve. DHOSAI Mix 1 cups of GEMINI ATTA flour with 2 cups of water and stir even. Heat Dhosai pan and pour 1 round spoon of Dhosai batter in the centre of the pan and spread it even into a round shape. After cooking, flip it over a while (It becomes crispy and golden brown if you and butter) PUTTU Mix 2 cups of GEMINI ATTA flour (roasted and heated) with 34 cup of water and plinch salt mix well. Put into puttu pan and stream for 15 minutes. Add grated coconut and sugar with cooked puttu. It is ready to serve. For microwave oven add 2 table spoon of ghee, mix well (instead of water). Cook for 2 minutes in the oven, add grated coconut and sugar with cook puttu.
